Shipping from Canada

Your package will be shipped via Canada Post Expedite Parcel which will provide you a racking number and insurance.

INTERNATIONAL U.S. packages are shipped via Canadian DYK Postal Courier to our U.S. shipment warehouse in Montana. From Montana, your packages are distributed to their final destination via USPS with tracking information provided in your online Etsy receipt. This process takes aprox. 3-5 business days from the time of shipment from Canada

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD) All other international orders will be shipped by Canada Post Air Mail (unless otherwise stated), which does not provide tracking information. If you require International tracking information or insurance, that will be an extra charge. You can provide me with your address, and I will give you a quote from the Canada Post website. Canada Post International Air Mail typically takes 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on customs clearance. We have no control over how long an international package takes for delivery. Canada Post does not consider a package "lost in transit" until 30 days have passed.

For destinations outside of Canada, please allow aprox. 7 to 20 business days for shipment delivery depending on location. I cannot control customs. Canada Post air mail does not provide tracking information or insurance. If you require either, please contact me before purchase, so I may give you a quote.

Returns & Exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item for any refund or exchange. The seller reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange if the item has been worn, or the item was damaged by unforeseen circumstances due to shipping.

For any prouct defect, you have 30 days to contact me regarding any issues. After 30 days, I cannot be responsible for regular wear & tear.
